Designing houses and growing our own gardens 🏡

 

Junior Infants had a wonderful time exploring the world of plants! Each child chose a house, coloured it beautifully, and planted their very own garden using grass seed. There was great excitement as we checked on our gardens each day.

We especially loved using clear containers, which allowed us to see the roots growing beneath the soil. It was amazing to watch how the roots spread and how our gardens grew taller and taller over time.

We learned that plants need water, soil, and sunlight to grow. We are all so proud of our gardens!
